Cayman Tourist Help: Tour & Concierge Website Design
How we built caymantouristhelp.com for LBE Concierge, a Grand Cayman tourist help desk, and what every tour company, concierge and travel-service business in the Cayman Islands needs on its website.

A visitor stepping off a cruise ship in George Town, a family landing at the airport for a week on Seven Mile Beach and a new resident waiting on a work permit all have the same question: who can help me here? For a tour company, concierge or travel-service business in the Cayman Islands, the answer they find is usually whoever shows up first on their phone and makes it easiest to ask.
We designed and built caymantouristhelp.com for LBE Concierge, a Grand Cayman tourist help desk and concierge service founded by Louis Burton Ebanks. This post walks through what we built and why, and gives any tour operator, concierge, travel agency or tourism business in the Cayman Islands a checklist for its own website.
About Cayman Tourist Help and LBE Concierge
LBE Concierge is a one-stop help desk for people visiting or living in Grand Cayman. It arranges Stingray City and island tours, airport transfers, restaurant and wedding bookings, private villa chefs and spa treatments at home. It also helps with the paperwork side of island life: passports, work permits, business licences and police records.
Its customers are just as varied: holiday visitors, cruise guests, residents and small businesses. That range is what made the website project interesting, and it is a problem many Cayman tourism and concierge businesses share.
The challenge: one website for many services and many visitors
A tourist looking for a Stingray City trip and a resident who needs help with a business licence are searching for completely different things. The site had to work for both without confusing either. It needed to:
- Help every visitor find the right service fast, whether that was a tour, a transfer, a private chef or government paperwork.
- Make asking for help effortless, because a visitor on holiday will not fill in a long form or wait for an email reply.
- Show up on Google when someone searches for tourist help, a concierge or things to do in Grand Cayman.
What we built for Cayman Tourist Help
A custom, fast concierge website, not a template
We designed and built caymantouristhelp.com from scratch rather than on a page-builder template, so pages load quickly on phones. Visitors usually plan on mobile, often on hotel Wi-Fi, cruise ship data or roaming, and a slow tourism website loses them before they ask a single question.
More than 20 service pages in three clear groups
We structured more than 20 service pages across three groups: tourist activities, concierge and help desk, and government and legal services. Each service, from Stingray City tours and airport transfers to villa chefs and work permit help, has its own page. That helps visitors go straight to what they need, and gives Google a specific page to show for each search instead of one crowded page trying to rank for everything.
Areas-we-serve and visiting-from pages
We added pages for the places visitors stay and explore, including Seven Mile Beach, George Town, West Bay, Rum Point and Cayman Brac. We also added visiting-from pages for people flying in from the US, Canada and the UK, so a traveller planning from home finds a page written for them.
A three-step How It Works section
A simple three-step How It Works section explains exactly what happens after a visitor gets in touch, which removes the uncertainty that stops people asking.
WhatsApp, click-to-call and a free quote form
Every page gives visitors three easy ways to reach LBE Concierge: click-to-call, a pre-filled WhatsApp button and a free quote form. The pre-filled WhatsApp message matters in Cayman, where many visitors and residents would rather message than call.
A tourist help FAQ
We built an FAQ that answers common questions before visitors have to ask them. FAQs reassure people and also cover the exact questions travellers type into Google.
Local SEO for tourist help and concierge searches
We set up page titles, descriptions and Cayman-focused copy for tourist help, concierge and Grand Cayman activity searches, so the site is built to be found by the people LBE Concierge serves.
See the full project breakdown in the Cayman Tourist Help case study.
The result
The site is live at caymantouristhelp.com, giving visitors and residents one place to ask for help in Grand Cayman and reach LBE Concierge by phone, WhatsApp or the free quote form.
What a tour company or concierge website in Cayman needs
Based on this build, here is a checklist for any tour operator, concierge service, travel agency, excursion company or tourism business in the Cayman Islands:
- A headline that says what you do and where, such as tours and concierge services in Grand Cayman
- One page per tour or service: Stingray City, snorkel trips, island tours, airport transfers, private chefs, event bookings
- Clear service groups so visitors are not scrolling through everything to find one thing
- WhatsApp, click-to-call and a short quote form on every page, because holiday plans are made on a phone
- Area pages for where your guests stay and go: Seven Mile Beach, George Town, West Bay, Rum Point, East End, Cayman Brac
- Pages for where your visitors come from, such as the US, Canada and the UK, if you sell to travellers before they arrive
- A simple "how it works" explanation of what happens after someone gets in touch
- A visitor FAQ: pickups, cruise schedules, group sizes, weather and cancellations, payment
- Fast mobile pages that still load on hotel Wi-Fi or roaming data
- Online booking and deposits when you are ready, so guests can lock in a tour weeks before they fly
- Local SEO basics: Grand Cayman place names in titles and copy, structured data, and a Google Business Profile
Enquiry website or booking website: which does your tourism business need?
Cayman Tourist Help is built around enquiries: visitors ask for help by WhatsApp, phone or the quote form, and LBE Concierge arranges the rest. That suits concierge services, help desks and businesses whose trips are tailored to each guest.
If you sell fixed tours, charters or dives with set times and prices, you may want visitors to see live availability and pay a deposit online. We built a booking-led site for Cayman Vibes, a private boat charter and watersports business, and a quote-led site for Cayman Private Drivers, an airport transfer and island tour company. For online booking, deposits and live calendars, see our tourism and booking website design in the Cayman Islands.
Restaurants that rely on visitors have their own needs too, covered in our restaurant website design for the Cayman Islands.
Why tourism and concierge businesses in Cayman need their own website
Many Cayman tour and concierge businesses rely on hotel desks, cruise excursion lists, Facebook and TripAdvisor. Those still help, but they send the visitor to a listing you do not control, next to your competitors. Your own website lets you explain every service, take enquiries and quote requests directly, and appear in Google when a visitor searches for tours or a concierge in Grand Cayman before they even land.
